Directions:
Super easy and delicious - “just-add-water” (or milk or buttermilk or milk substitute of your choice).
Add 2 cups COLD liquid per pound of mix. (Approx 1/2 cup liquid per cup of mix)
Mix about 30 strokes just until a soft dough forms (don’t overmix or knead).
Place dough on floured surface, dust with flour and fold in half (again, no kneading).
Roll to 1/2” thick to cut or use drop by scoopfuls.
Bake at 450 for about 11-13 min or convection at 400 for 7-9 min.
