Cornbread Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 F. Grease a 9” round cake pan, square baking dish, or cast iron pan. (Can also be baked as muffins, decrease baking time or double the mix and bake in 9x13" baking dish)
Pour mix into a a medium mixing bowl. Make a well in the center.
Add:
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup neutral oil or melted butter
- 1 cup milk of choice (regular, buttermilk, plant-based)
Stir just until blended with no lumps.
Pour batter into prepared pan & bake for 25 min or until golden brown.
