Medium grain couscous made from durum wheat semolina.
To prepare:
- In a medium saucepan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil
- Stir in 1 cup of couscous, 1/8 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of butter or oilive oil (optional).
- Remove from heat. Cover saucepan and let sit for 4-5 minutes.
- Fluff with fork prior to serving.
