Sweet, cracked oats grown in Maine. Oats are well suited to Maine’s cool moist climates and are beneficial to the farm ecosystem. Cook as you would steel cut oats. Pre-soak for a shorter cooking time. Best if stored in an air tight container in the freezer or used fresh.
