Japanese Matcha Green Tea Powder has a heavy-bodied fresh, vegetal flavor. Add matcha powder to smoothies, use to make green tea ice cream, or make matcha energy bites.
Directions:
To make matcha tea, sift 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of matcha powder into bowl. Add 2 ounces of nearly boiling water while whisking in a W-shape pattern until a fine froth appears.
