Why we love Nutty Bird granola? Nutty Bird is a small batch, handcrafted, premium granola company making the best granola possible through high quality and local ingredients. They place a premium on using local ingredients wherever they can to keep their footprint as small as possible and to work with as many farms and producers in our community as possible.
All of their granola is made with the following local ingredients:
- Maple syrup from BS maple shack in Auburn, MA
- Honey from Merrimack Valley Apiaries in Billerica, MA
- Organic rolled oats from Maine Grains in Skowhegan, ME
Original recipe: This granola includes the above oats, maple syrup, and honey as well as almonds, cashews, coconut, and pumpkin seeds. Great on everything from yogurt, milk, ice cream, or just simply a snack out of the bag.
Choco Nutty: Along with the same oats, maple syrup, and honey, this granola has almonds, pumpkin seeds, hazelnuts, cocoa powder, and chunks of 70% dark chocolate. The cocoa powder gives it a subtle chocolate flavor, and the dark
chocolate chunks give it a decadent taste, while still providing the healthy aspects the granola and dark chocolate. The chocolate is both fair trade certified and sustainably sourced.
Blueberry Vanilla: Almonds, Pecans, and pumpkin seeds mixed with dried blueberries
No Nutty: Nutty Bird without the nuts! Pumpkin, sunflower, and flax seeds. With the sweetness of maple syrup and honey.
