Pancake Directions:
Approximately 12 four-inch pancakes
- Heat pan or skillet over medium-low heat.
- Add 1 1/2 cups of cold water to 2 cups mix and stir (do not over mix; stir just until all large lumps disappear).
- Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto lightly greased skillet.
- Flip over when pancakes begin to bubble and bottoms are golden brown.
Waffle Directions:
- Mix 1 1/4 cup cold water, 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil, and 1 egg.
- Then stir in 2 cups mix.
- Pour onto pre-heated waffle iron and cook until steaming stops (about 3 to 5 minutes).
Makes 2-3 waffles
