Directions
- For traditional sushi rice, we recommend rinsing the rice until the water runs clear.
- In a medium saucepan, soak the rinsed rice in water for 30 minutes prior to cooking. After soaking the rinsed rice for 30 minutes, discard the water.
- Bring the soaked rice and new water to a boil.
- Cover with a tight-fitting life, reduce heat to a low simmer, and cook for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let steam for 10 minutes
